T/Th  4:45 to 5:25

Bronze 
Monday, 10/13: 5:40 to 7pm

M/W 5:40 to 7 (TBD)

T/Th 5:30 to 6:45 and

Fri 5 to 6:15

Silver 
M thru Th 5-6:30

Fri 5 to 6:15 and

Sat 6:30 to 8am

Gold 
M thru Th 4:45-6:30

Fri 4:45 to 6:15 and

Sat.  6:30-8 am

PreSr and Senior 
M thru Th 4:45-6:45

Fri 4:45-6:15 and

Sat 6:30-8 am

DROP OFF:

Age Group 2 and 3: Coach Peggy will come to get you at the Lipoa side gate.

Bronze: May enter deck 5 minutes before practice time. Sit and wait in the small section of bleachers that are between the pools until Coach Peggy is ready

Silver and Up: Do not enter the deck until Coach Shawn or Coach Fumie arrive. Parents – Do not leave your child in the parking lot until Coach Shawn or Coach Fumie arrive.

PICK UP:

PLEASE pick up your child within 5 minutes of their Group practice end time. 

AFTER PRACTICE SHOWER: Parents, if your child must shower after practice – you will need to come on deck 5 minutes before practice ends. Monitor time (from on deck) for a 3 minute shower. MAHALO!
